Pick My Wedding Nails! Choice #3 - Subtle Floral

Good morning!

Today I have another possible wedding mani to share with you! If anyone missed the info in the first post, I'll give you a quick recap: I'm getting married on November 15th (omg it's so soon!) and I want you guys to help me choose my bridal manicure. I'll be posting a few designs during the month (the first and second choices have already been posted here and here respectively) and then when I've posted them all, I'll ask you all to pick your favourite.

Today's design again features stamping. I don't do a lot of stamping, but I think that there's a lot of really nice, delicate and feminine options available for bridal nails with stamping. Plus, stamping offers a consistency that let's face it, even the best nail artists can't always emulate.

For this design, I started out with a base of OPI Don't Touch my Tutu, which is a nice sheer milky white nude - definitely a very wedding appropriate polish . Once that was completely dry, I stamped over it using the floral design from Konad m71 and Konad Special Polish in White. I then topped the design off with a coat of Seche Vite.

My first idea was actually to do the stamping in silver, but after having practiced that on a nail wheel, it turns out that the silver just doesn't show up enough. I'm going for a subtle look here, but not quite that subtle.

Admittedly, this design is similar in style to my last one. However, I definitely prefer this floral pattern to the other one - it feels more delicate and wedding-y to me. Plus, I think this base colour is far better for the occasion; it's more me and definitely more appropriate for my whole look. Speaking of the whole look, I really wish I could show you guys a picture of my dress so that you could really picture it all together, but I just can't risk David seeing it!

This is by far my personal favourite of the three I've shown so far. What do you guys think?
