Hey friends!

I think this is going to be Texture Week here on NbKS! I have a few more textured polishes sitting in my to-swatch bin, as well as a few nail art ideas featuring textured polishes. So let's start the week off with China Glaze's addition to the textured trend! This is the China Glaze Texture Collection, which features six brightly coloured textured creme polishes.

Bump & Grind is a bright pink-red. It's a very saturated colour and it's pretty much opaque in one coat, although I used two because I wanted even more grit on my nails. LOVE this shade.

In the Rough is a light chartreuse. This is a really cool colour! It gives off a sort of 70's vibe and I love it. My swatch shows two easy coats.

Itty, Bitty & Gritty is a gorgeous bright coral. I love coral, so this was an obvious winner for me. I think it would make a great pedi colour! I've shown two coats in my photo below.

Of Coarse! is a bright sky blue. Another awesome colour! I needed two coats for the coverage you see below.

Toe-tally Textured is an intense cheesy orange. The only negative about this one is that it leaves behind yellow-ish stains, so make sure to double up on base coat before applying it. I used two coats for my swatch.

Unrefined is a light cool pink. This one reminds me of strawberry ice cream! Mmmm. I used two coats for my swatch.

I didn't really know what to expect regarding the formula of these, but you'll be happy to hear that it's pleasantly easy to work with for all six!

Overall, it's crazy how much I love these. I mean, I've loved textured polishes from the very beginning, but this was my first time trying textured cremes. And now I'm a huge fan of those as well! Plus, the bright colours are right up my alley. I actually can't pick favourites because I think all six are awesome. In fact, I'd love to see China Glaze explore this trend even further and release more textured shades! *fingers crossed*

I have an idea for some nail art with these, but I'm not sure if it's going to translate on my nails. Hopefully it works out the way I've pictured it in my head!
