Hey guys!

I'm back! First off, I want to once again thank the five lovely and talented bloggers who guest posted for me while I was gone. It's much appreciated!

My little vacation was quite fun, despite the rainy and windy weather. I'm used that that kind of weather though, so it was nothing new. I obviously did some shopping, although I didn't get as much as I thought I would (which my wallet is thanking me for). I'll do up a separate haul post to show you the goods, though. In the meantime, I'm going to share the mani that I wore!

The night before I left, I sat down to do my nails and I was completely torn between doing drippy nails or some animal print. So after some pondering, I just decided to do both! Why not, right?

To start, I polished all of my nails using Zoya Shelby, a nice pink creme. Following that, I added some freehand leopard print using a small brush and Wet 'n' Wild Black Creme. I didn't do the print all the way up the nails since I knew I would be covering some of it with the drips.

Once that was pretty much dry, I went in with a white creme polish (Sinful Colors Snow Me White) and drew the drips with a small nail art brush. I used white first because I wanted the blue polish to pop as much as possible. Once the white was dry, I went over it with Zoya Robyn, my absolute favourite blue creme. In fact, my bottle is nearing its end so I'm going to have to pick up another one soon. Finally, I added highlights to the drips using white.

I really like the combination of animal print and drippy nails, and it seemed a lot of others did as well since I got a ton of compliments on these while I was out shopping! I definitely want to try this combination again sometime using different colours.

I start my gel nail course today, so wish me luck!

Thanks for looking!
